We’re confident that our equipment will perform reliably in your network. How confident? We’re offering an unprecedented Five-Year Warranty on all RAD products*!

Simply put, if your equipment should experience any hardware-related failure within five years of the original date of shipment, it will be repaired free of charge.

This is in addition to the standard one-year of RADcare Basic Service coverage that includes:

* Five-year warranty applies only for products sold by RAD Data Communications, Inc. (RADUSA) for deployment in the United States and Canada. Exclusions: For Airmux products, the warranty is two (2) years hardware / RADcare Basic Service. For optical SFPs/XFPs, cables, certain IPmux-24 configurations, and NON-RAD manufactured or labeled products, the hardware warranty duration is one (1) year from the date of shipment.”
